Receiving your first job offer requires more than just submitting applications. This session will highlight practical job search strategies including how to build a results-driven resume as a student, prepare confidently for interviews (My guide to work through the STAR+R* format) and network with intention. Drawing from experience in Project Management and recruiting at university career fairs, this talk will focus on how to stand out in a competitive market and build meaningful connections that open real opportunities.
